Surprise!

Look at the wonderful surprise I had waiting for me this morning . . . . . two gorgeous pearly white Leopard Gecko eggs!




I'm super excited as it feels like I've been waiting for ever! Nyx didn't even have them in her lay box, instead in her humid hide which was odd but she seemed happy enough! So they're now in the incubator and will hopefully hatch in the next 4-6 weeks. Fingers crossed!
Check out how fat she was last night, she looks so skinny now as she's been holding on to those eggs I got used to her being fat!!

Whoop whoop 26 years old . . . . . getting scary now!

My Mum baked my my favourite cake . . . . . chocolate, banana and honey with chocolate ganache on top and Swiss buttercream in the middle!

After a busy weekend with a wedding (photos soon) and lots of visiting family, I'm so tired I'm going to bed soon - its not even 10pm!

Extra Long Weekend!

So with my Borther-in-Law staying with us we thought we'd get two extra days off work. Yesterday we had a road tip to Legoland in Windsor!






We were lucky with the weather as there wasn't a drop of rain - the wet rides made up for that though!



I went with two guys but neither were man enough to join me on the big boat! For that matter no one was man enough - I had the whole ride to myself and I loved it!



They even now have Lego fries which Hubby could not resist!

The Lego village was great with lots of new models, my favourite being Big Ben -

Tony and I saw a couple of awsum water slides with our man on. Now this had a warming saying you will get wet,mi did for a minuet think that meant you will look like you've been swimming!


Still didn't stop us going on the water rides again!


Hubby had his fill of StarWars Lego with the new little expo they have -


As a souvenir we made each other out of Lego!


So that's Hubby (Dan), Brother-in-Law (Tony) and .....Me!

Heavy Night

My brother in law is staying with us for a week or so. Last night was his first night here so it was only fair we said hello with a bang! We all hit Wincanton for a drink filled night. As he's a student we thought he'd drink us under the table, I was so wrong! Here some of us with our fourth Jagar Bomb!

Wonderful weekend

So it Sunday night and were halfway though our gorgeous weekend. But I'll not mention the weather :-/ our street party for the jubilee was delayed, fingers crossed for tomorrow.

We had a whole day to do whatever we wanted. We got in the car and just drove we ended up in Taunton and did some light shopping. With a light lunch in weatherspoons (very light lunch for me as I could eat most of it, it was far from nice) -


On the way home we took the scenic route and saw some amazing little places which we'll have to explore at a later date when it's not pouring with rain.

Once we were home I decided to try my hand at Essential Oil blending for my soaps -

I'm off to enjoy two more days off work! :-)
