Wow week five already! This week was time for another wreath. A very good friend of mine thinks that I should start selling them. I love making them but my house would be full of them before long. So this is my first wreath for retail -
Its hard to tell from this photo but half is made with organza ribbon and the other with wool.
I also started a few others to finish of during the week -
On Saturday Harry and I went to a wonderful haberdashery called Hansons in Sturminster Newton. I have to say it's a crafters heaven, full of fabrics, accessories, tools, gadgets, patterns and so much more! I bought some ribbons and wreaths (hence the above) and a few other little things.
We wandered around the village and stumbled across other little shop which I so want to own called Agnes and Vera. The sold such a variety of things from Cath Kidston, gift cards and toys. I couldn't resist these so here's my bag of goodies -
This so cute traditional gingerbread man cutter -
The cutes little loaf cases which I'm going to have to use for mini carrot cakes -
And also these lush little heart shaped baking foils, perfect for little sticky ginger cakes -
On the subject of baking Harry gave me some lush cake cases he bought from Ikea, how great are these-
That's all for now people! Another weekend come and gone :-(
